• The Prize: Three (3) consecutive nights’ accommodation in a lake view apartment and daily breakfast at Crowne Plaza Queenstown for up to two (2) people. Offer valid for 9 months from date of issue, accommodation is subject to availability and blackout dates, and advance bookings must be organised directly with the hotel. 5 Course Degustation at Gantleys Restaurant for two (2) people. • A re-draw will take place on 01/04/16 if prize winner is not able to be contacted within 30 days of the original draw date via the same drawing method.

1. Except for any liability that cannot be excluded by law, the Promoter (including their respective officers, employees and agents) exclude all liability (including negligence), for any personal injury; or any loss or damage (including loss of opportunity); whether direct, indirect, special or consequential, arising in any way out of the offer, including, but not limited to, where arising out of the following: (a) any technical difficulties or equipment malfunction; (b) any theft, unauthorised access or third party interference; (c) any voucher that is late, lost, altered, damaged or misdirected due to any reason beyond the reasonable control of the Promoter; (d) during participation in the experience (e) any featured venues in the offer being cancelled for any reason beyond the reasonable control of the Promoter; (f) any tax liability incurred by a claimant; (g) quality or availability of any featured venue or (h) loss of opportunity to redeem the voucher because the customer failed to make a booking with the chosen in the timeframe stipulated as part of prize description, or failed to cancel
2. In the event of unforeseen circumstances, the Promoter reserves the right to withdraw, change or substitute a reward with another reward of equal or greater value.
3. Prices (if any) and information presented are valid at the time of going to press and may be subject to change.
4. The Promoter, its agents and distributors accept no responsibility, financial or otherwise for the misuse of vouchers and are not liable for any personal loss, injury or illness at participating venues, and cannot be held responsible for any disagreement concerning quality/availability of featured venues.
5. Any persons taking advantage of this promotion does so on complete acceptance of these terms & conditions.
6. The Promoter shall also be bound by these Terms and Conditions and shall not encourage, persuade, promote, support or in any way assist in their breach.

1. Prize will be awarded in the form of a Queenstown holiday certificate (for accommodation and tours and attractions component).
2. All components of the prize must be booked and taken within 9 months of the issue date (01/03/16) are all subject to availability. We strongly recommend the prize winner books all components of the prize at the same time as we cannot recommend or substitute any component of the prize if unavailable during the desired dates of travel.
3. All components of the prize are non-transferable, not redeemable for cash, not to be used in conjunction with any other offer or deal, cannot be exchanged for products, and must be used in one transaction.
4. The prize is subject to availability and excludes school holidays, special events, public holidays and Christmas/New Year periods.
5. Altered, lost or stolen certificates will not be replaced, refunded or redeemed. Certificates are not redeemable for cash and must be redeemed before the expiry dates specified.
6. Spending money, meals (unless specified in the prize package), insurance, transport, items of a personal nature, in-room charges and all other ancillary costs are not included.
7. The winner (and his/her companions) is responsible for ensuring that they have valid travel documentation with them.
8. Credit card security or a cash bond may be required upon check-in at the resort.
9. Maximum occupants is up to two people. Extra people or room upgrade (if available) will incur additional fees.
10. If for any reason, once the prize has been booked, you do not take the prize or an element of the prize at the time stipulated, then the prize or that element of the prize will be forfeited and will not be redeemable for cash. We strongly recommend all components of the prize are booked at the same time to avoid disappointment.
11. To book the holiday prize, select what dates you would like to travel then call Queenstown Holidays on 1300 552 235 and one of our reservations staff will assist you with booking your holiday. To book attraction prizes contact the suppliers directly with the contact details and vouchers provided. Please have your holiday certificate handy to quote the certificate number when making your booking which is located on the front of the certificate.
